Today I had 210 days remaining as ordinary support (5 domain limit). I've renewed the subscription by upgrading to 6 month developer, but now instead of 210 days of ordinary support + 180 days of developer support, now I only have 181 days of developer support. The system deleted 209 days of ordinary support that I paid.
If so, instead of making the upgrade to 6 months developer, I preferred to do ordinary renewal of another 12 months odinary support and 5 domains, and so to have 210 + 365 days of all ordinary support and 5 domains.
Can you help me please?
