I am a developer and have multiple accounts for templates, so I have a few questions before I purchase.

1. Do your download packages have an install package that will install the demo sites like Rocket Themes, Gavick, etc.?
2. If I try your themes, and I am satisfied, can I upgrade to the Lifetime?
3. Do your themes come with all your extensions, I'm looking for hidden charges?
4. Is your support responsive?

1. Yes - a quickstart package is available that installs the demo site - there will be on a occasion some differences - image licenses etc
2. Yep - Sure you can upgrade
3. All extensions and templates are including in the membership
4. We are proud of our support - it offers both ticket and forum support - we try to answer support questions as soon as we can (this would normally be within 24 hours or less)
