Installed jb maps 1.2.3 today, and jb-library plugin 2.1.3
but didn't get jb maps running.
the map didn't show up.
Only the module title. looked into the code, and where the map should be is just:
div class="jbmoduleBody">
<div id="map"></div>

Tried it in a version with shopignition template, but also in a native joomla 2.5.9 and default beez2 system. same result.

any ideas?

The site is still on localhost. Want to be sure everything works well before going online. So, maybe I have to wait to solve this one.

I installed
JB_Shopignition_Quickstart_J254_v2.2.1.zip

Joomla is 2.5.4 too.

Regarding jb maps: I tried jQuery versionm from1.4.4.min to 1.8.3.min. All same result. Map don't show up.

I've visited your website and found several Javascript errors in my Chrome Dev Tools Console. One of them is from Facebook Connect, could you temporarily remove it to test?

I disables a lot of the options in the K2 "item view" options (including the facebook and other sharing things). I don't have many extensions installed, just K2 and a few of your joomlabamboo extensions.

Let me know if you find anything.

I posted a copy of the map module into "grid1" and "unpublished" the one inside the article.

Seems to be the same tho...

...I'm sure you'll also notice, I changed the template to a newer one. (I like the mobile layouts it has!)

Other template had compression on - I'm not going completely crazy

I'm not sure if this issue was ever resolved, but I am suffering the same situation.
Box is there for the map, title is there, map is NOT there.
I'm using the latest jbmap download on the latest joomla 3.x
