Drat thought Open Streets was a solution ... sadly no

Map for our place is over 20 years old, with total road changes and new roads constructed then not appearing.

Paul it was Open Street that was the fail
Doesn't mean don't use it
I always check maps for known addresses to check their versions.
I've checked a couple of others and the map is up to date.

As always ... "let the buyer beware"

I did try it myself once and that had an entire housing estate missing which was a problem for the client
