I am trying to get the captify content to work on a new 2.5 joomla site. I have other sites were it is working. The main problem is, that the module parameters are gone, so I cant configure anything. My template is already running jQuery so maybe that is the problem, but then, how do I solve that?

Hi Martin,

The ususal cause of that is an incomplete installation. You should try installing the module again. You also need to install JB Library plugin to run this module.

hm... It still does not work no matter how many times I try to reinstall. I have also tried reinstalling the JB Library, but still no luck

It won't actually have anything to do with jQuery. Can you perhaps post a screenshot of the folder structure on your server. One of the reasons for this can be capitalisation of some of the folder names.

Was just trying to see if the extension was installed properly and whether perhaps the folder details were not correct.

Did you uninstall in the past when trying the reinstall?
