Transition effect area is too large

zentoolsIf you use Zentools please post a review at the Joomla! Extensions Directory.

Hi there,

Wondered if someone could help. I've just installed the Grid2 quickstart package on a demo website at:

www.spiderwebcreations.co.za/bodyways/

However the transition effect for the article title in captify content is not being limited to just the specific image hovered, it's considerably larger.

I've used the template pretty much straight out the box, even using existing articles and amending the images rather than creating new ones in K2.

I've tried various settings on the transition effects and currently they are as follows:

Enable hover?: Yes - image overlay
Background: light
Overlay transition: Fade
Overlay postion: bottom
Transition in speed: 1000
Transition out speed: 8000
Image fade on hover: Yes

Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Thanks,
Karen

Hi Karen,

When did you download your quickstart?

This was a problem with a previous version which was updated and I thought sorted.

Can you also check that the quickstart came with the most recent version of jb library and jb captify

Sorry for the hassle

Cheers
Paul

Hi Paul,

I downloaded the quickstart package on 22nd February 2011.

The oldest captify file in the zip dates back to 25th November 2010 and newest is 1st February 2011.

The oldest jb library file in the zip is 29th November 2010 and newest is 10th December 2010.

I managed to get a "quick fix" for one of my other websites with the same problem by amending the height and width from % into same px size as my images in the captifyContent.css file but would prefer a neater fix if possible!

Many thanks,
Karen

Hi Karen,

Sorry I didn't make myself clear - I was wondering which version numbers you were using for the captify module and the jblibrary plugin - see screenshot below

Hi Karen,

The latest version of Captify is 1.4.6 and the latest JB Library is 1.2.9. Can you check that you have those please? Thanks.
