Problem with the hover and JQuery load

Hi,
I have again a problem with the Captify Content.
I downloaded the new version and also the JB Libary Plugin and installed and puplished them both.
Now the CC is working but not the hover effect.
Than I take a look in my firebug console and I get the error message:
jQuery is not defined
[Break on this error] jQuery.noConflict();
I thin this is the reason why the hover doen´t work.

What can I do now?

EDIT: I solved the Problem.
I insered a PHP Script in my index.php to override the header. This deleted the mootools load.
