captify content doesn't shows the complete gallery

zentoolsIf you use Zentools please post a review at the Joomla! Extensions Directory.

Hello,
i have a strange thing here. Altogether my captify content module seems to be working ok. But one strange thing happens by loading the site in the browser. The gallery is not shown in all. There should be displayed 8 thumbnails. 4 in each row. But i can see only the first row. Reloading the same site (F5) and i get the whole gallery to see. If i jump to anther site and going back, i get the same scenery. The captify content module by itself seems to be working correctly. ??

Here is the link:

Could it be that this is an server issue. May be there less time to execute the script or anything like this...
Do you have any idea...

Thanks for your help

Hey Frank,

I'd recommend updating to the latest JB Library plugin
www.joomlabamboo.com/download-document/187-jb-maps-j15
and in the plugin parameters for JB Library, disable lazyloading of images.
That should get id of the buggy behaviour.

Cheers,
Jason.

Hey Jason,
the problem is fixed. The newest Version of JB Library was already installed.
I disabled the Lazy Image Load as you said and it works.

Thanks a lot

Cheers

Hey there,

This one is not an issue with lazy load, rather it has to do with the content you are selecting. It seems like some of the articles being selected do not have images or the images are not being detected.
Maybe add a screenshot of the parameters for Captify and that wuld shed some light on it for us.

Cheers,
Jason.

Doesn't look like it did. You could zip the screenshot/files and upload it here.

Does *every* article you have published have an image?

You have set captify to show 10 articles from any category. If they don't all have images, you won't see anyhting displayed.

Hi,

How can I within one section, load up one category, I cannot target one...

The content drop down and selecting the count as 1, and highlighting one category that does have an image just doesn't work

Using the category dropdown, just loads up the first category according to the ordering, regardless of which one you select, thanks.

Hi there,

If you mean how can you load the content items from one category then you need to set the content source to content. At the moment its set to category. The category option will show the categories within the nominated section.

Buzz us back if thats not what you mean.

Thanks Anthony
