Internal server error setting k2 items

zentoolsIf you use Zentools please post a review at the Joomla! Extensions Directory.

Good morning all and thanks so much for developing this amazing module!

I've a little problem, can someone help me?

If I use K2 Categories for display captify contents all goes good.

If I use K2 Item source in front end i see this message:

Internal Server Error

The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request.

Please contact the server administrator, This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it and inform them of the time the error occurred, and anything you might have done that may have caused the error.

Any ideas?

Thanks!

Hi Pier,

The content in question is accessible outside of the module?

The module and k2 are up to date?

Hi Paulus :)

Everything on the site is up to date.

Are you using sef urls for the site?

If you disable that and rename the htaccess file - does that help?

What joomla version are you using?

What is the module and k2 version you have installed?

Thanks

I've just set this up successfully on a local host

This error normally means a server issue - have you checked any of the server logs?

Ok, after some asking I found... that I have no access to control panel on this server, so no logs :(

Ok I'll need to ask for advice on this from a developer as to how to troubleshoot this further

Hi,

In global configuration, can you please try turning error reporting to 'development' and then check the site again to see if it gives you any error messages.

Is the site multi-lingual or one language?

Which version of php is running on your server?

Regards,

Rob
