Multiple Categories problem

Hi, I am trying for the same thing as this thread , everything seems fine and well except when I click to open one of the faq questions(articles) it opens up and then closes right back up automatically and no time to read it (a split second). I can "Open All" and "Close All" just fine but 1 by 1 does this. Any suggestions for this? Thanks in advance.

Sounds like a script conflict. Do you have another extension that is loading jQuery?

If you post a link I can look....

Also do you have a unique module id set for each module instance on the page?

@ Seth - Nope, the FAQ was the only one! ;)

@Anthony - You are a genius thanks, put those right in and works perfect! :woohoo:

By the way, is the "Close all" and "Open all" text compliant with Joomfish! ?

Sorry to bring this back up, but can I edit the "mod_jbfaq\tmpl\default.php" to be able to support Japanese? ( and manually just translate in that PHP file )

I tried
header('Content-Type: text/html; charset=utf-8');
with no luck... is it impossible at the moment?

Hi Kreven,

You can actually just replace all of the English strings like close all etc with the Japanese equivalent.

Apologies for the delay on this - seems it slipped through the crack :)

Thanks for your reply. Thats strange because I replaced the text in the "default.php" page to Japanese and it came out like this on my screen: "Sĕ‚". Jiberjaber text. Even though my character type is Standards compliance mode UTF-8 on my joomla page. Any idea why this is happening? Also other Japanese text on that page comes out just fine.

Ah I think its because its rendering as html. Ill look into providing a language translation for you so you can at least get it working through the traditional translation method.
