Hi there,

Sorry for the frustration.

In membership type tickets there is no need for a site url but those fields will appear if you choose the technical support department.

If you go to this link:
www.joomlabamboo.com/index.php?option=com_rsticketspro&view=rsticketspro&Itemid=205

You should be able to see your tickets.

There haven't been any other reports of trouble replying though. Can you provide a screenshot perhaps or which browser you are using.
