I just went to download a template and it is two days prior to my membership being up. After a few weeks of page redirects prompting me to renew now I am getting a page saying their is a "problem loading the page". No finger pointing here; but I have no problem renewing -- it is my intention. Please tell me what is going on?

Yep I can confirm that too

@Judith were you getting the redirects when you were logged in? Because that shouldn't happen.
