Why doesn't this site have a favicon?

Now that you mention it... your correct, almost. On some pages it shows while on others it does not. The favicon code is in the source but might not have the supporting image. Something for Anthony to look at when he has recovered from the 'man' flu and cleans up the to-do list we have dumped on his desk...
