Hi, where I can put sugestions about new - ideas about extenstions?

My idea :

Put together Activity Log (joomlapraise.com) with Teamlog (yootheme.com).
Lots of people working like a joomla! editors, and they have to accout with owner of webpage: what they do and when... so this tool could help to automate this process.
