I love the slider menu at the bottom of the Vision 2.0 template. I want to make use of it by loading one short news item into each slide panel. I can't seem to load any modules onto any of the slide positions. It must be possible because the JFlicker module shows all the funcionality I am seeking.

I don't need the slider to randomly choose and display articles and am happy with serving only 9 slides at a time. Just can't seem to get the modules to place on the slide so I defer to the Joomla genius for advice.

Any thoughts?
