Right size for the slideshow pictures

Hi,
What is the easyiest and most efficient way to cusomize the pictures for the slideshow and so on.
I have cutted heads, legs and so on.:)

Using the smart resize and crop option usually works OK.

If it is still not cropping the way you want it, then it is best to crop/resize the images manually in your photo editing software, so the slideshow does not have to resize or crop the images.

It's definitely better to create all your slides in something like Fireworks or Photoshop, making them all exactly the same size, then just bring them into the slideshow.

Yep Ill agree too. Or at the very least just make sure that the proportions are the same or very similar.

I should add that not long ago I was asking the same question! Like you, I was also trying to upload photos and resize them in an extension. But once I got on the track of creating and editing material outside Joomla, my whole world changed. Seriously.
