I still have a shared account with Rochen but haven't had any issues with it so I cant comment on the efficacy of support from them.

I have personally only ever experienced great support from both companies so it's hard for me to say as well.

I do have other friends who run well known Joomla businesses who moved away from Rochen due to support having too much attitude but I never personally saw that.
