zentoolsIf you use Zentools please post a review at the Joomla! Extensions Directory.

If you use a jpg does that work or is it any image format?

If it is any image format check with the host that the GD library is installed

Cheers

Well, when I had the site in a subfolder it worked. I have a couple of animated gifs and one of them is on the first page. The strange thing is that it first worked for a few minutes and then it stopped working.

Should I ask the host to update the GD library? It's not something that I could do myself?

Are you running an animated gif through zentools?

I'm not sure if we support animated gifs

Do you have problems with any other image types - e.g jpg?

The fatal error was about gifs. So should I not use gif with zentools, but just add as article image?

Should I delete the gifs to try?

Bad news! Everything built with Zentools gives the fatal error message. All other pages are ok. So all my beautiful slide shows and albums are down.

Did you rename the public html back to what it was?

In fact I changed it back. Now it's again in the subfolder. So it's www.alinamn.com/new

Talk to the host and ask them to install the GD library

Hi Paul,
I'm waiting for my host to reply. Meanwhile I'm error messages in the admin panel when I try to open the template. Fatal error: Call to undefined function dom_import_simplexml() in /home/alinamn/public_html/new/libraries/joomla/form/form.php on line 927.
Thanks,
Alina

No, not really. It's strange because since I switched the names of the folders these error messages appeared. Before the joomla site was working properly from the subfolder.

I'm still waiting for my host to reply. I probably should find a new one!
