where to make IE CSS changes

IE is a mess and there is no CSS file for modifying how things display, In particular the zentools masonry will not display on one horizontal line in IE. Where do I fix this in Zenbase?

Can you provide a bit info please

Can you include a site link and the page affected

IE version/s you are having issues with and the mode its running in

If possible can you include screenshots in the ticket of what you see in IE together with the version
