I can't seem to get this template to work, I've installed it and nothing appears on the web page.. just blank.. I paid for the template, wasn't it supposed to be pre-configured or do I have to do everything from zero?

Did you install the members quickstart version of the zenbase template?

This is the version that contains the joomla cms, extensions and demo text content/menus/modules

No, I installed the template version because I can't install the quickstar, it can't upload that file, always shows up with server error.

Hi lauralino,

The Quickstart package is actually a Joomla base, you can unzip it into a directory and install it like a brand new Joomla installation, just enter the address into your browser to run the Joomla installer.

The Quickstart package can not be installed within Joomla administrator.
