Zenbase template not showing in Template Manager after successful install

Hi. My first JoomlaBamboo template - zenbase - installed successfully on new J3.03 site but it doesn't show in Template Manager. My FTP client shows that it appears to be there in the 'templates' folder. What have I missed?

Hi derekmelb,

The template installation will copy the template's files to 'templates' folder as well insert new entries into the following tables in your database:

#__extensions
#__template_styles
(Replace #_ with your db prefix)

Could you find any zenbase entries there?

If you found no entries in those 2 tables above, you can go to Extensions Manager - Discover - Click on button "Purge Cache" and then click "Discover", the Zenbase should be showed up and you can install it again.
