two column thin

I just installed the ultra bamboo and I am trying ot figure out how to do the two column thin layout....

You just need to make sure that the right position is published and the left position is unpublished ...

and how about the gradient as opposed to striped stuff. where do I change that? in the css?

If you mean getting the gradient to display underneath the module then just use the class -gradient for the module ...

I guess I am not finding what I need to knw on the site. but how do I turn on and off the menu button on top, and how do I do the nested third level menu?

The third level menus just need to be added as children to second level menu items if that makes any sense ... just the usual way to do it with the extended menu module.
