I want to get my quickstarts installed for my domains; but the information for submitting a ticket is not clear. Can someone tell me what the steps in a ticket mean? They are a little bit cloudy to me. I set everything up on my cpanel and I know how to set up a separate ftp account for each domain, but the tickets for joomlabamboo are confusing in the information that is requested. It should be simple enough. Just take the password, the domain name, the file and the login? right? I think I need to know something about the linguistics of joomlabamboo, please.

Not sure where the miscommunication is.

We need ftp details and J login details for most requests.

For a quickstart install we just need cpanel and ftp details if they are different.
