placing things in zen grid

I want to place the search input field in the far right of the top menu. I can choose 'menu' as the position, but can't figure out how to get the search to the right. It sets up under the home button. Here's a link to the test: www.eamesfoundation.org.php5-9.dfw1-2.websitetestlink.com/

I would also like the 'active' menu selection to stay highlighted in the blue of the header... can't figure that out either.

Any help is greatly appreciated!
