I need to make the wrapper wider .. cause the page that is supposed to open up in the wrapper is to wide .. so it gives me a horizontal scroll bar which defeats the purpose of the wrapper

Looks like the template is not wide enough to accommodate your iFrames.
The template itself will need to be altered to suit the iframes.
It would require some custom work and would be a task too big for the forum in my opinion.

Yes, if you make changes to the template in order to accomodate the iframe, it will affect every page that uses that template.

Customising the template in this way would be considered Premium Support.
