Can't access paid templates

zentoolsIf you use Zentools please post a review at the Joomla! Extensions Directory.

How long does it take to get access to the paid templates? I registered and tried one of your free downloads then paid for the Basic membership. I have received email notice from Bamboo that the order was received. I tried logging out of my account then back in but still am unable to access the paid for templates.

Apologies for the delay ... Ive been away on a conference for the past week.



I have just reset the account and it is working OK now - it looked fine in the admin but when I tried to access via your account it didnt work so Im not sure what the issue was there.



I have also reset your account to start today to compensate for any lost time. Please let me know if you need any more help with this.

Really sorry I didnt receive your email.

Ive just checked your account and evrything looks fine. Can you login and then log out again? The club downloads can be found in the download area once you are logged in as a club member.

Hi

Same problem here. I have paid, logged in, can click the my account link which shows me as paid up yet I can't access the premium templates in the download area.

Signed up to this as quick fix for a job gone bad so if this could be resolved quick I would really appreciate it.

Logged out and back in again 15 mins later and all was working as it should - Groovy! :)
