Unable to install template

When I try to install a Bamboo template using Upload Package file I get the error
"JFTP::store: Bad response
Warning! Failed to move file.

Unable to find install package"

Any ideas?

Jerrell,

I suppose you have the FTP layer on? Are you able to install other things, because this is usually an issue with your hosting and folder permissions.

You could try to upload the files, and then install from a folder, that might get around the FTP error.

Thanx for that! I just had the same problem on a new server. Turned out I messed up the FTP settings. :)
