Cost to remove branding from single subscription

Hello

In the FAQ you mention that I can pay to remove the branding notice from within my user panel. I am about to purchase one of your templates, initially just for one client. Can you tell me the price of purchasing the 'removal of branding'?

Hi Jo,

We now wave this for new signups - so the price for removal would be zero
