Support Life-cycle plan for templates ?

zentoolsIf you use Zentools please post a review at the Joomla! Extensions Directory.

Hi support team,

Do you have a Support Life-cycle plan like JoomlArt?
Please see www.joomlart.com/support-lifecycle/

How long will your T3 Framework templates be updated, maintained and supported?

Is it better to use your Zen Grid Framework templates from now?
Are your templates based on Zen Grid Framework more future-proof than your T3 Framework templates?

Cheers
Leo

Hi Leo,

That is a very good question I will need to check with Anthony the owner of Joomla Bamboo on this one

Regarding Zen Grid Framework

I would suggest going forward you did use the new Zen Grid Framework templates

We are releasing a new version of the framework next week - has been a little delayed but definitely next week

That includes numerous starter themes both updated previous versions and entirely new ones

Hi Leo,

I haven't be able to ask Anthony about your initial question as he has been busy working on the new template release

you can see this here

demo.joomlabamboo.com/index.php?theme=apr16

It's the latest version of the framework

The documentation isn't complete yet but thought I'd point you to the demo

Cheers

Hi Leo,

We are in the process of moving our T3 themes over to the Zen Grid Framework.

Buildr Includes support for Base3, One Page, Koan, Standard, Revision which all had T3 releases.

Our aim is to move all themes onto the same framework which will allow us to properly maintain themes on the same stable base.

Apologies for any confusion this may be causing.
Thanks
