Problems installing Quickstart

Hi,

I've never come across this problem before but can't seem to install any quickstart templates with sample data.

I've done this many times and it always works fine so wonder if you can shed any light on it. I've downloaded Responsive 2 latest quickstart - uploaded the zip fiel to plesk cpanel where domain is held. Extracted file. Started the manual installation wizard but it won't get past step 1 (I'll pm you the path if you want to see it)

I downloaded again thinking maybe it didn't download the quickstart properly - but still didnt' work. I also tried the Corporate Quickstart to see if it was Responsive but still no joy.

Any clues?

Do you see any error in the browser console window?

PHP 5.4.45

and no errors in console
