Easy way to find which modules are used in which position.

Hi all,

non-professional here, back for my second helping of Joomlabamboo in two years.

Is there a simple way to find or list which modules are attributed to which positions on a given site?

My thinking is this: Having just installed the JB Inspire quickstart package and beginning to look around the front and backends in view of modifying it for my own website, I realised that I spend a lot of time trying to find which modules are presently in use and which positions they are in.

Any help greatly appreciated and will be shown in free beer if ever you visit...
