Hi all,

Although on my profile page it says I have free access to the Support Forum, when I try to access any other (including the one I posted to) than the Professional Services and Site Showcase forums it tells me that the content is only available to current and previous members.

What am I doing wrong?

The administrator has disabled public write access.
Can you try just publishing the professional services for time being?
