Template Admin style different in Quickstart

I've been trying out a couple templates and settling on Inspire to use on a website. I'm concerned that I'm not getting everything installed in the proper order or missing files because the Admin panels look different to me. I've attached an image with snippets from what I install on the left and what the Quickstart install look like.I installed a plain vanilla Joomla 2.5.18, T3, Inspire, JB Type, ZenTools. It looks like there is a style sheet missing or some other configuration I've missed. Been trying to find all the documentation and related knowledgebase articles relating to this but not finding anything
so I apologize if I've missed it.
