I have been developing a reasonably complex site for a client, and trying things out at the boundaries, in preparation for a site that will scale. At one point I ran into a briar patch of trouble (some of my own making 
), and through the ticket system, the JB crew, led by @robwent, helped tackle all of them.i've been here a long time, and with service like this, which borders on partnership, I will be for a long time yet.
