HiThis isn't related to your latest issue - this relates to your tmp folder
To reduce the chance of this happening again I'd strongly suggest using Akeeba backup together with akeeba kickstart to move sites
Akeeba backup comes as a free version as Akeeba backup core and Akeeba backup pro
I along with all the Joomla Bamboo team use akeeba backup pro - if you decide to purchase there is a 20% off coupon in the profile now
For me its the best Joomla extension out there - core or pro
