The case of the missing tickets has been solved

Hi folks,

One of the biggest bugs in our new site design meant that in some cases a support ticket was lost from your ticket area if it had been manually assigned by one of our support staff. This issue has been solved now and all missing tickets have been reinstated.

Please accept our apologies for any inconvenience and if you still need help on one of the reinstated tickets please give it a little ping and we will get back on it straight away.
