Rezise logo image

Hello Friends,
Zenbase - I load an image to use as logo image in the template manager, and while I upload the image to the media file in the size I'd like it to be in front end, it enlarges considerably and I don't see where or how to resize it…

It's probably something totally obvious, but I haven't found it yet.

With the logo size its

Is that right? as this file is the same size as whats rendered on the site
