The images in "futured post" I like the size? then later in the article when the text comes after the photo on the left, also I can not put the article title above the picture but I have a much higher

Editor wise - have you tried the JCE editor?

Can you add this and see how it looks

I'm not sure if it may affect other areas of the site

article .item-image {
margin: 0px 20px 0px 0px;}

So again you would add this to the custom.css file
