zenbas slideshow pictures not showing

zentoolsIf you use Zentools please post a review at the Joomla! Extensions Directory.

Good morning.

Just installed zenbase locally and the template is working fine, except for the slideshow.

Piuctures are not showing. The titles are showing and also the pictures are showing in the lightbox but they don't show up in the slideshow.

Any ideas?

With regards,

Lesley

Hi

If you look in the console what errors show in it?

If you view source do you see more than one version of the same jquery installed?

With the module you don't have jquery loading via it

Hi paul,

Sorry for the late respond.

I have 2 times Jquery loading.

Do not know where to look at the moment. Looked into zentools modules and the jquery option is turned of.

By the way. It is the quickinstall version.

Cheers,

Lesley

I disabled lazyload and now there is only one instance of jquery loading but no difference. Still no frontpage slide.

And when I "inspect the element" (chrome) I can see the slider running. Loading each picture at a time but no picture showing.

:-)

And when I go with my mouse to the active picture in the sourcecode it shows a the dimensions of a picture with a width but no height.

Cheers,

Lesley

Do you see any errors in the console?

Are you resizing images in the module?
- what happens if you disable re-sizing?

Do you have spaces in the file names?

Solved it!

In the image setting I changed the option "resize screen image based on screensize" to no. And there they are!

Right

Not exactly sure why that was causing the problem

When you get the site live and if you need this feature get back to us :)
