Now I have seen the screenshot.

Your wondering about the highlighted blue stripe in the bottom?

It is defined to let the page bottom end up in black. Because the backgroundpicture is not that long downwards, so users don't see the transition between background picture and background.

On the other hand this defines the background color on mobile devices, where the backgroundpicture is not being displayed for optimizing loading times and you dont see the picture anyway on handhelds and phones.
