I paid for a template 3days ago. I still have not received my template? Please advice why I still cannot download my template.

Hi

Our apologies for the problems you are having

Are you being re-directed to a payment page when you try to download?

If this is the case can you try clearing your browser cache and cookies and then trying

or alternatively try a browser that you've not used to view Joomla Bamboo
