Why i can't dowload

Greetings, sorry for my english/
I registered, pay for 3 month plan, but when I try to download a template - it's redirect me to pay again - why???

I have the same problem. I paid for 6 months developer, but when I try to download anything it just routes me to the shopping page again. :S

Hi thanks for your subscription. I think your case is a browser cache issue. Can you try clearing your cache to see if that fixes the issue?
