I am considering a template from Joomlabamboo as well as a paid membership, however I would like a little detail about Quickstart Express -is it just screenshots of setup? From what I've seen that what it appears to be. I am looking for a little more hands on setup.

I purchased a template from another site, got the package, and it included some instruction for adding code and database changes all etc etc..never did get it to work. My experience with code/joomla is limited to "install/publish" lol.

I am hoping this will be more user friendly, I think of myself as a novice joomla user and need a really nice template or two for a personal website for my son, but don't have the "developer" experience to re-write this or add code here, remove this and change the parameters to the dog's left leg, etc etc. I am looking for a little more simple yet, professional.

1.Can you please detail what is included with Quickstart?
2. If there is a template that is not a 1.7 template- (2010) i.e. Inside Out, is there a way to get it upgraded to work with J1.7?

Basically the quick start packages include the following:

- The template
- All extensions as featured on the demo site
- The sample data (with watermarked stock images)
- Joomla.

The quick start express service is essentially us installing the quick start on your server for you and costs $49 USD while the quick start package itself is available with all subscription plans.

so if i have joomla already installed, you would set up the template with extensions, to a working state, where I would only need to edit the images and content?

Actually no the quick start express can only be performed in an empty folder.

Insideout is on the list but its yet to be converted across.
