I'm trying to download a template, but i just can't. When i try to do so, it's telling me that i have to register. I checked, and i'm logged in. Could you tell me what's wrong?

Currently your account is set at 'Free Templates and Extensions'. This type of membership is only valid for the free offerings within Joomla Bamboo. If you have paid for a Template Membership, create a new post addressed to Anthony and he'll research and correct this problem. If you have not subscribed to this service you will not be able to download any of the available templates or Club Extensions. In addition, not having a membership will only allow you to receive forum support on the free offerings.

YES, everything is up and working for us!
