Hey Chris,

You will need to alter some template css for this.

Locate the file
templates/JB_Grid/css/menu.css

Back it up before you make changes to be safe.

Line 5 is

#nav ul li {
float:left;
list-style-type:none;
margin:0 0 0 20px;
padding:0;
}

Edit the highlighted value to change the width between the menu items.

Cheers,
Jason.

no probs,

ive set myself a hell of a starting project.....integrating joomla into noah classfieds.

i would be very interested to find out if instead of topic pics.......maybe xml feed?

i only would be interested as i would love to display ad images from noah classifieds and the text to be the title and the link to go to noah ad.

if this is a service that is outside normal parameters, i would definitely consider a freelance developer.

dont laugh again but.........it was the similarity of the menu to noah's that sold me.
and i will tweak the two so they seem seemless :)

url anyways......austbusinesstrader.com.au
(keep in mind i installed it today - hense content LOL ;) )
click on buying business to go to noah..........soon a css badge to be more pominent :)

Hey Chris,

Very interesting indeed. Using the Captify module to pull from RSS feeds would involve a bit of work and you'll need a good php developer who is familiar with Joomla.
I'd throw my hat in but I'm time poor for now.

The menu does seem very similar and great job for day one. I'll keep an eye out for this one. Would be interesting to see it evolve.

Cheers,
Jason.
