i just bought a 3 month subscription and i am not able to download my desired joomla template...
Can you please help me asap?
i click the download button on the template and the site redirects me to the plan and pricing page.

I'm sorry for any delay on this - sometimes paypal can be very slow in processing a certain transaction

I sign in in the upper right corner.
Then press "Joomla Templates"
And press download on Ignite template.
After that i get a page that says: "5 reasons to join Joomlabamboo"
and lists the reasons. It's like i'm not logged in - but i am.

And have got confirmation on the paymaynt via e-mail.

Hmm, just started working. Nevermind, or thanks if you did something.

I have the same problem. When I select the file to download, after about 20-30 seconds it goes to the Pay/Plan page and I am no longer logged in.

If you still can't access the downloads can you try clearing your browser cache

Hi, I am having same issue. Profile shows me as having 6mth developer but top right next to menu displays renew button and won't allow me to download templates (weird as I already downloaded one earlier in week).

Help? I've used different browsers and cleared cache.

The account looks ok looking at your account profile

If you are still having problems could you pop us over an email via the contact form at the bottom of the page with the details you are using to access the account

I logged out and back in and I have managed to download. I may have been confused by the upgrade and renew messages. It's been a while since I last was a member or developing so a bit rusty. Thanks though!
