New Unified Portal

Just sent an email to This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it as I find it is impossible to login to new unified portal. Even resetting the password delivers nothing back. Sure it's just a temporary problem.

What is a problem is club membership. Do we have to upgrade? Reading the unified portal it seems we have to purchase the difference from Joomlabamboo membership to Joomlaart 'ProPlus' at the entry level. I'm confused.

Hi Philip,

We are looking into it. To be frank, only the JB users are facing this issue. We had no problem with Gavick, jomsocial or ijoomla.

Give us few hours and we would try to reimport the passwords. Will update here too as we find the solution.

Can you try now? We have reimported the passwords again, seems that was the issue.

Also no need to purchase any plan, as your current plan will work just fine.
