Quickstart Express service not available for Windows servers

Just a quick note to let you know that we will no longer be offering the quickstart express service for Windows servers.

Windows servers represent such a low volume of users but invariably cause the most amount of trouble.

We recommend using more traditional servers based on a LAMP stack.
