Hi Paul,

it's somehow a problem, I can't even anser in my own thread :(

So, the name of my client is Nils Hartig, we use the template at abibaro.de. He must have bought Bild.r 2 or 3 month ago, I guess. I don't have his credentials. So I had to register by my own.

HI Stefan,

Unfortunately we occasionally have non-members seeking support for templates and extension obtained from torrent sites

We ask people to login in using their credentials so they can fully access the forum and downloads

With this post being in a buildr thread which is a members only template non members can't reply to answers

hmm doing a search for the name again I've found the account but has expired

Can you still login using the client details you may need to download a file and you can't as a free member

So I guess, he will have to renew first? I don't understand the difference between your ticket system and the support forum.

Anyway, are you aware of those IE problems? If not, I have to find a solution anyway by my own. The considered page is www.abibaro.de

The ticket system is for problems that require private access to a site e.g. problems probably requiring us to login with usernames and password to login to site

While the forum offers more generalised support to members and non-members using free extensions

Can you also confirm the IE version you are looking at?

Hi Paul,

its at least IE 11 Version: 11.0.9600.18449 running on Windows7. I am not using IE normally, an abibaro.de User (it's a large multi-user plattform with 3000+ accounts and fast growing) gave me the hint for it, but I don't the version IE he's using.

The offcanvas-Problem is also visibile in a non-logged-state.

Right its best to use the manage route and you can refresh the cache which sometimes updates the version numbers

Is the email address to send the latest versions to " " ?

I'd also suggest having a tested backup in place before installing

Just for your understanding: I am an advanced expert for delevopping Joomla Extensions (mostly components rather than templates), but I didn't understand "to use the manage route".

I think Paul was just talking about the most reliable way to get the version numbers of extensions.

The way I understand the issue is that there is a problem with the off-canvas menu and internet explorer?

If that is the case, can you please try adding the following css to a custom.css file:
.sb-slidebar {
z-index:5;
}
