I'm talking about this website using Epicure template, www.poseespose.it.
As you can see the logo is placed on the left, I would place it in the center and the two banners of languages on the extreme right.

These are the settings I did:

Logo Type - Image for logo
Logo Width - twelve
Logo Hyperlink - index.php
Logo Class - H1
Logo Position - on same row as header
Logo alignment - center

Module widths is equalised according to number of modules

The language banners are in header4 position

Please, place it inside custom.css file inside templates/template-folder/user folder
